- Please contact Zonnerhall immediately to notify us of your desire to return or exchange your item.
- You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in the condition in which you received them, and in resellable condition.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any personalized and/or monogrammed items, special order and/or custom items, final sale items and items that have become damaged due to normal wear and tear.
- Once your return arrives at our location, Zonnerhall will send you a confirmation email stating we have received your request. Upon receipt of return, we will begin the refund process. This process can take 5 to 10 business days to complete.
- The original cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of all return and exchange shipping is the customers responsibility.

- All returns will be credited to the original purchasing method-NO EXCEPTIONS
In the event you receive your order and an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can replace the damaged product.
