- Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Non-personalized, in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- Personalized, in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 10 business days of receiving your order, in order to make sure your customization is perfect in every way.
- If for some reason an item in your order is not immediately available for processing, we will promptly notify you by email.
- Pre-orders are paid in full at the time you place your order. These items will be shipped, as they become available, separate from any in-stock items placed in the same order. Pre-ordered items can be refunded only if the item has not yet been shipped. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, a refund will be issued.
- We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, not including Federal Holidays. We offer several different USPS shipping options to meet your personal needs.
- Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class mail, delivered within 3-5 business days after the package leaves our facility.
- If you need your order sooner, please let us know by selecting an expedited shipping method during checkout. Additional shipping rates apply for expedited shipping services.
- Once your order has been shipped a confirmation email, and tracking number, will be sent to your order email address.
- We currently do not ship outside of the US.
